Mortal Kombat Legacy Web Series

We just started watching the Mortal Kombat legacy web series and I have to say it's pretty damn good each episode is about 10 to 13 min. long live-action Mortal Kombat fun. Lots of martial arts action, killing, good acting and storytelling. I really hope this series leads to a new Mortal Kombat movie with the same tone as the web series.

Mortal Kombat: Legacy stars Tahmoh Penikett from Battlestar Galactica as Stryker, Jeri Ryan seven of nine from Star Trek Voyager as Sonya Blade, and Michael Jai White from Spawn and the undisputed sequels as Jackson Briggs. The series is being directed by Kevin Tancharoen.

The first two episodes tells the story of Jack's, Sonya, Stryker and Cano. Episode three is my favorite so far it's the story of Johnny Cage. Episode four is the story of Kitana & Mileena, episode four is a little different from the other episodes it contains a mixture of both animation and live-action.
